Participating in International Puppet and Object Theater Festivals Across Spain from October 8th to November 2nd, 2024.
October 2024 — Dr. Manuel A. Morán, Founder and Producer of the International Puppet Fringe Festival of New York and Founder of Teatro SEA, will travel to Spain from October 8th to November 2nd as part of an artistic exchange organized by RITTO, the Network of International Puppet and Object Theater Festivals. This tour is made possible thanks to the support of Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) and INAEM, and it represents a unique opportunity for Dr. Morán to join a distinguished group of festival producers, puppeteers, and directors from across the Americas and Spain in fostering cultural dialogue and sharing expertise within the world of puppetry.

Highlights of the Exchange Program
During his tour, Dr. Morán will visit the cities of Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Ferrol, and Santiago de Compostela, among others. He will participate in key festivals such as Galicreques in Santiago de Compostela and FESTEA in Ferrol. At the Jornadas de Ferrol, from October 22nd to 24th, Dr. Morán will join roundtable discussions and meet with festival directors who are part of the RITTO network. Notable Festival Directors include: – Miguel Ángel Gutiérrez Espinosa, Director of Festín de los Muñecos, Festival Internacional de Títeres de Guadalajara, Mexico and Rubén Darío Salazar Taquechel, Director of Festitaller Internacional de Títeres de Matanzas, Cuba. The program will also feature Cuban artist Zenén Calero, designer and creator of the visual identity for the Festitaller Internacional de Títeres de Matanzas, with over 30 years of experience in the international puppetry world.

Fundador y productor del International Puppet Fringe Festival de Nueva York, el Dr. Manuel A. Morán, emprende una gira de intercambio cultural en España
Participando en Festivales Internacionales de Títeres y Teatro de Objetos en España del 8 de octubre al 2 de noviembre de 2024.
Octubre de 2024 — El Dr. Manuel A. Morán, Fundador y Productor del International Puppet Fringe Festival de Nueva York y Fundador de Teatro SEA, viajará a España del 8 de octubre al 2 de noviembre como parte de un intercambio artístico organizado por RITTO, la Red de Festivales Internacionales de Teatro de Títeres y Objetos. Esta gira es posible gracias al apoyo de Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) y del INAEM, y representa una oportunidad única para que el Dr. Morán se una a un distinguido grupo de productores de festivales, titiriteros y directores de América y España, promoviendo el diálogo cultural y compartiendo conocimientos en el mundo del títere y las marionetas.
