SEA’s Arts for the Community Program (ACP) is a vital initiative dedicated to enriching and empowering communities through the arts. Outdoor Theatre Series at “La Plaza”: Free outdoor, open-air bilingual theater series every summer for NYC families with unique vendors and featuring cultural artisan vendors and food. The two main festivals are: Arte Pa’ Mi Gente and NYC’s International Puppet Fringe Festival.
